🍓Well, very tasty Strawberry shortcake without jam or thick jams, you just need berries. I make this instead of cookies for the kids🍓Be sure to save the recipe!
🍓Dough:
Flour - 430 gr
Sugar - 100 gr
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - wood chips
Butter - 170 gr
Egg - 2 pcs
Sour cream - 1 tbsp with a slide
🍓Thick berry jam filling:
Berries (strawberries, raspberries, etc.) - fresh/frozen - 600 gr
Sugar - 100-150 gr
Corn starch - 40 g (1.5-2 tbsp. l)
