DJI Neo Review 2025 | Real-World Flight Test | Best Budget 4K Travel Drone?

🎥 What’s in this video:
Today, I give you my first impressions of the brand new DJI Neo after real-world testing it in Vietnam.
We’ll cover everything you need to know about this tiny 4K drone:

Is it worth $200 USD?

Can you actually use it without a controller?

Does the footage hold up—or do you need heavy editing to make it usable?

Who should (and shouldn’t) buy it?

The first half is me sitting down giving my honest take after flying it — the second half is full live-action field testing.

Super compact and stealthy (fits in a jacket pocket)
No phone or controller needed for basic flying
Built-in propeller guards = safer for beginners
Palm launch and land is genuinely cool
Great for casual travel footage, biking, outdoor adventures

⚠️ What’s Not:
Very noisy footage, especially in low light
No SD card expansion (you're stuck with 32GB)
No obstacle avoidance front/back/sides
Needs editing (denoising + grading) for professional look
App connection sometimes drops

🧳 Gear used in this review:
DJI Neo (drone-only kit)

iPhone 16 Pro Max (DJI Fly App screen recording)
Osmo Pocket 3
Sony A7C II
Edited in DaVinci Resolve Studio (for noise reduction & grading)
