Missouri 575 acre weekend Outdoor vlog; Exploring the woods, clearing trails & finding a new ridge
Join Kapper Outdoors in this weekend outdoor vlog as we explore 575 acres of Missouri wilderness, clear trails, and discover a new ridge. Watch as we tackle land management projects in the Ozarks with our trusty Bobcat E42 excavator!
Yep I love exploring the woods when I'm in my Bobcat Mini excavator and today we'll do just that! Join me in the cab of my Bobcat E42 R2 series mini excavator as we start out today's 575 acre Missouri farm land management project by cleaning up an existing ridge top trail and as I was doing that I noticed what appeared to be a narrow, ATV cross trail traversing a ridge top that I really did not know was there. So I started out in that direction with the bobcat mini excavator and cleared the trail some so that I could get through and sure enough it was an old ATV trail. And after getting back on to that ridge top I found a lot of buck sign and deer sign so I hung a new trail camera a week or two later.

Since I was already in the bobcat mini excavator, and it was hot outside, in prime tick and mosquito season, I thought.. why not do some exploring of this area of the woods? So that's what I did and it turned in to the next land management project of cutting a new half mile road through the woods, hills and rocks of our new Kapper Outdoors 575 acre Missouri Ozarks property!
