Today's video is about Instacart Shopper Delivery Instructions in the Instacart App. Shoppers are not following delivery instructions - Hand to Customer, and are getting deactivated for choosing to ignore the notes in the app directly from Instacart.
Shoppers need to pay close attention to what the Instacart App is prompting them to do. Some shoppers get impatient while waiting for customers to meet them for the delivery and choose to leave the groceries without handing them directly to the customer.
