How to check if your funds are on hold in QuickBooks Online
Once you have QuickBooks Payments, you can take payments directly from your customers. The first payment received on a new merchant account can take up to 5 days. After that, it normally takes 2-3 business days to process the payments. If you're beyond this time frame and still don't have your funds, there may be a hold.
