As a child growing up in St. Croix, facility executive Asha Rodriguez fondly remembers the comforting smells of her mother cooking the multicultural family recipes arroz’con pollo y habichuelas and curry chicken. Asha recently led a cooking demonstration to share these dishes as part of the Atrium Health Cabarrus Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council’s on-going initiative to introduce teammates and visitors to flavors across different cultures.
