Who Do You Want to Be? Seth, Bashaar, and Abraham all say the same thing!
In every single moment, I have a choice to create a new me.
Whatever thoughts I am thinking, and whatever beliefs I am holding RIGHT NOW, are what is creating my reality.
All of my power is in the present moment.
If I continue to hold the same beliefs I had in the past, I am simply bringing that past into the present and recreating the same circumstances in the here and now.
Things are not continuous, but rather, they are new in every single moment. Everything is constantly shifting into a new reality. A complete new reality. I am a completely different version of myself in every single moment.
But most people think things are more solid than they really are, and therefore believe things to be the same from moment to moment. Therefore, they don't see many changes. For they believe things are continuous. But they are not.
Each moment is like one single frame on a film strip. As the film strip plays, each picture has only slight changes from the previous frame, so very little movement is visible from frame to frame, but it is enough to give the illusion of time, of things moving through time.
But if you unrolled the entire film strip from the reel, you would see that there are thousands of frames, and each frame is it's own complete image. Our lives are like these individual frames. You could cut apart all the frames and rearrange them in any order. In a similar manner, you can hop from one version of yourself, to another version of yourself, moment by moment. You can choose ANY version of you that you want. The change from one version of yourself to another doesn't HAVE to take ANY TIME. Yet because we are so used to the illusion of time, we think that it must take time to change from one version of ourself to another. But in quantum physics terms, it doesn't.
We must unlearn this illusion that the circumstances of yesterday continue automatically into our today. Things only stay the same, because the mass consciousness of the majority of people perceive the facade of continuous time, and so our yesterday bleeds into our today.
But individually, you can control what happens to you. You can control what shows up in your life.
In each moment, ask yourself "Who do I want to be RIGHT NOW?" Not who you believe yourself to be based on yesterday's version of yourself. Change who you are in your mind to your ideal self. Change your thoughts and beliefs to this ideal version of you, RIGHT NOW. Now, there will be a slight lag before the new version of you will show up in your 3D, as your new thoughts and beliefs must be STRONGER than the thoughts and beliefs that you have held on a moment by moment basis for the past weeks and months and years. The dominant belief will always show through. So if you had a lot of momentum behind your old beliefs, as in, you have believed them for a long time, then it may take some time to overcome this momentum and swing to the new belief. So do not waver in your new belief. Hold steady to the new version of yourself that you want to become.
And remember, every moment is a new chance to think something better about yourself. So if you slip up and revert back to old feelings and old beliefs, just recognize that you have done this, and simply CHOOSE to think and believe the better version, right then in that moment. Beliefs are just DECISIONS. They are thoughts that we CHOOSE to think over and over again. We choose to think that thought.
Which means we can CHOOSE to think something else. We can choose the complete opposite. Whatever we believe, we will find evidence to support these beliefs in our day to day lives. If we choose to believe nothing is ever working out for us, our attention will be drawn to circumstances that give evidence to this belief. But the same is true for the opposite belief. If we choose to believe that everything is ALWAYS working out for us, then our attention will be drawn to circumstances in our lives that supports this belief. And whatever we place our attention on, we create more of. It is a loop. Thoughts create beliefs. Beliefs create attention to circumstances in our past that are evidence of those beliefs. The attention on the past, brings those same circumstances into our present moment, creating more of the same.
So then, which YOU do you want to create right now? What are your thoughts and beliefs creating RIGHT NOW?
Choose, in this moment, to think and believe in the ideal version of yourself. In YOUR ideal version, not anyone else's. Who do YOU want to be? What is the most ideal version of yourself that you can think of?
