In that blog post Moses provides some personal insights on how he used the VMware Solution Exchange to download a pre-configured Drupal installation and then followed the instructions in VMware KB article 2010196 in order to create a new virtual machine which used the existing VMDK files that were supplied in the virtual appliance.
