How To Export Video For Instagram Story Premiere Pro

This video explains the process of exporting video from Adobe Premiere Pro for Instagram stories.

Instagram Stories videos are natively vertical with a 9:16 aspect ratio (usually translated to a resolution of 1080x1920).

You can create videos for your Instagram Story using Adobe Premiere Pro, but having the proper settings before you begin a project can save you a lot of headache when exporting.

The first thing you want to do is ensure the sequence settings are setup to accommodate vertical video.

If you've already created horizontal video in Premiere Pro (16:9 aspect ratio or 1920x1080 resolution), DON'T WORRY - you can still create video for you Instagram Story by updating the sequence settings.
