When you do something for very long time and you enjoy the work simultaneously then you become expert of it by default. You grow vertically, and that is what will make your life happy & successful. See, motivation is essential but its just an instant thing, it won't last long until you enjoy what you're doing. If you're doing what you're not meant for, Never Give Up spirit, will won't work. If you carry rotten items in your bag & try to spread perfume on bag, the bad smell will come again once perfume effects will end, the solution is to unload rotten items & load pleasant ones.
