How to configure WAMP Server on your local Windows machine in order to import large databases using phpMyAdmin (included with WAMP). I will briefly walk you through the download and installation of WAMP Server. Then we will move on to PHP configuration, and lastly to a special tweak that needs to be made with the phpMyAdmin config file.
