This right here is the brand new Samsung Galaxy Watch7. Even though the Galaxy Watch Ultra was the star of the show, this is the watch I would recommend for most people. It looks just like the previous Watch6 but it actually has quite a few massive improvements.

Same chip inside, same new bioactive sensor, same display, and a lot of the same new software, in a package that is about half the weight and about half the price.

Be sure to enable manual start, not countdown! I noticed quite a few workouts were like that by default

It’s cool that you see a map of where you are during the manual workout start screen - this instills more confidence that it is locked in and tracking accurately
