OSPF Network Types:
PtMP - Similar to PtP but there is no IP associated to a specific PTP interface. Typically used if our neighbor is a Cisco router
NBMA - Protocol packets are sent to each neighbor's unicast address. It requires manual configuration of neighbors. Elects designated router (DR)
