My hs wrestling coach could not emphasize to us enough that controlling your opponent's hips was imperative to controlling the match. In this clip we find our college wrestling hero at a disadvantage with his opponent of the philosophy "control the head, control the match." Despite his unenvious position of not being able to assert leverage to control the hips, he nevertheless finds a way.
