Laravel Herd on Windows - Site not generated 404 [Bug Report]
After installing Laravel Herd on Windows, I attempted to create a new site but the process failed. When loaded in the browser there's a Herd 404 error page and no site contents are found in my Herd directory.

From the bug report I learned this is a known issue when Herd is started directly after completing the installation wizard. Closing and re-opening Herd fixed the problem.
