Greek food culture is known worldwide, as are Greek restaurants and tavernas. We visited Koroni, a small seaside town chosen as a UNESCO representative of the Mediterranean Diet, where we found a traditional family restaurant. How are the normal days in Bogris Grill-Restaurant?👩🏻🍳
The connection to the past is vividly present in an Athenian marble sculpting atelier. Alexandros and Thanasis are learning the art from their father, who was taught by his own father. However, the techniques and aesthetics of classical sculpting are a heritage that dates back much further—approximately 2,500 years. 🏛️
