I read an article today that stated about 80% of people that come and ride Pisgah National forest end up riding in and around the Ranger Station (i.e. black mountain, bennett, pilot rock, etc) area and only a select handful of people ever find the Turkey Pen trailhead, which, in my opinion is a huge mistake!! So today, I'm taking you all out on a ride to show you just ONE of many great rides that start at this trailhead and why for your next visit to the area you should absolutely expand your trail horizons and come check this hidden gem out!
