Camino de Santiago: Day 9 of my Camino - Los Arcos to Viana
Day 9 of my Camino de Santiago journey.
In an attempt to ease myself back into the hiking across the northern Spanish countryside, I felt that getting to Viana was a viable option without putting myself under too much strain.
My backpack is a heavier load but I know how to pace myself better. I had a decent supply of water with me - food too in the form of oat bars and protein bars.
It was a good start.
