(PLEASE SUBSCRIBE) Load up capcut go to MENU then SETTINGS once in settings go to PERFORMANCE and deselect RENDER INTERFACE WITH GPU
If this doesn’t fix it Disable the other 2 settings

Make sure you close and restart CapCut after changing the settings!
