One of the classic "Arnold" movies is Predator, and one of the most noteworthy effects in that film is the Predator's 'cloaking' effect. Lucky for us...this is a relatively easy effect to do in modern compositing packages, and here we cover the process in Nuke by creating custom 'UV' channels to distort with via the iDistort node.
