Today, I streamed my Nintendo Switch to my 3DS using Moonlight homebrew app!
Using homebrew apps like moonlight, sys-hidplus, sunshine, atmosphere custom firmware for the Nintendo Switch, and luma custom firmware for the 3DS, I was able to stream my Nintendo Switch to my modded 3DS! I hope this Moonlight tutorial is helpful.

In this modding video, I streamed my Nintendo Switch to my modded 3DS using moonlight, sunshine and different 3ds/switch homebrew software. Streaming my Nintendo Switch to my 3DS allowed me to use my 3dS to control my switch and play games like mario kart 8 deluxe on it using the 3DS as a game controller. This was possible because of moonlight game streaming with sunshine, so I hope this moonlight tutorial was helpful. A video where I test out the 3DS in mario kart 8 deluxe is coming soon!
