The author Gordon Shumway filmed this in 1976, and posted the original on his You Tube channel:

I did contact him previously, via the You Tube private message system, asking about a possible "email interview" (just some questions about his personal reaction and feelings towards 1976 Portugal), and asking permission to re-use his footage, with portuguese musical background added by me (from the same period).

I think this old gentleman, who might be nearing his 80 years of age, did a fine job documenting and filming Portugal in 1976, and I have to thank him for sharing his old film on You Tube.
