I Fixed Toggle ADS in Apex Legends! Sprint directly from ADS for better Movement!
add to autoexec.cfg with notepad:
bind_US_standard "LSHIFT" "+speed; weapon_inspect" 0
bind_held_US_standard "LSHIFT" "+speed; weapon_inspect" 0
If you want to change zoom level on variable optics you can either bind a secondary sprint key or you can press shift while HOLDING right mouse button
