3-D Made Easy with JavaFX
JavaFX enables developers to build, render, and manipulate objects with 2-D or 3-D transformation matrices. This session focuses on how to mix 2-D and 3-D objects and points out the various pitfalls to avoid. It demonstrates how you can add 3-D effects to your 2-D application. It covers a range of 3-D topics such as the coordinate system, rendering semantics, depth buffer, and camera. It also shows new features under development, such as movable cameras, 3-D geometry, lighting, and materials.
