unreal crash and stuck a lot of times when we open the Unreal Engine Project, this problem with Unreal Engine problem was solved 100%, UE4 stuck at 39 percent, stuck at initializing 45 stuck at 39 initializing this all was because of compiling shaders and uses 100% of your CPU so you may see some lags if use your computer with another program.

To FIX! Just wait, because you may need a lot of RAM to open some projects, also your CPU need to have more threads
