OR Ambassador Quinn Mason started climbing almost as soon as she took her first steps. From those early days, the physical skills and the mental preparation she developed guided her through the ups and downs of balancing competition climbing with school work and obligations to family and friends.
Quinn derives her creativity and work ethic from training inside and outside the climbing gym. She offsets her climbing workouts' physical and mental intensity with cross-training and spends time out of the gym developing her cooking skills with family and friends.
In this Thrive Series episode, Quinn discusses her philosophy on training, competition, measuring success, and creativity both on and off the crag.
