• Click on Apply and OK

Step 3 – Run Steam in compatibility mode

• Right click over Steam icon on PC and select Properties
• Select “Compatibility”
• Under Compatibility mode, check in front of Run this program in compatibility mode for
• Select your operating system version
• Click Apply and OK

Step 4 – Clear Cache and Cookies of Web Browser

• Go to Settings of Chrome
• Click on “Privacy and security”
• Click on “Clear browsing data”

Step 5 – Try To Add or Remove VPN

• Go to “Settings” on your Windows PC
• Select “Network & Internet”
• Select “VPN”
