What a fantastic bit of kit. Small, lightweight, has great battery life and is extremely easy to sync and set up.
This video shows the sound quality straight out of the box. I did nothing apart from charging it up. Always charge your equipment if it is new.
I did some basic tests.
Talking, then a harmonica, then a walk.
The only issue I saw from my walk was that I didn't have the windbreaker on the ME4 microphone and this was noticed during my walk.
Jumping from talking to a harmonica, well. Very cool. No peaking to worry about. everything sounds good, no distortion.
As a lonely content creator, all by myself... this adds a professional feel to the footage. Sound is so important, so dish out some extra pennies and get one. You can add more receivers as they come with useful cheese plates. They are magnetised, so they stack on top of each other.
There is a clip in the bag that turns the cheese plate into a sound bag clip. Great for jumping on/off the camera rig and into your bag.
This is a massive 5***** from me. My future YouTube videos will now have a little extra production value.
