In this part of the tutorial I'll go over how to let people on the internet access your stream that's inside your network.
NOTE: there's a bug in the current version of VLC (at least for me) when you stop a stream and want to start it up again, you have to completely close out all VLC windows, and re-setup the stream on a totally different port
