Calculus II 9.5 Alternating Series
This video is meant to be paired with the Calculus and Analytic Geometry II Guided Notebook by Shannon Myers. The guided notebook is based on the Calculus text by Larson and Edwards. In this clip we learn and use the Alternating Series Test to find out if an alternating series converges or diverges. We also check out how to approximate the infinite sum of an alternating series using a given number of terms. Then we look at finding out how many terms we need to use to approximate the infinite sum of an alternating series given an error amount.
