1. Go to you Docker icon on top and click on Kitematic
2. then Download and run the application Kitematic will automatically detect your containers.

Terminal Commands (Copy without **)
This command downloads the latest SQL Server for Linux Docker image to your computer:
*docker pull microsoft/mssql-server-linux*
Run the following command to launch an instance of the Docker image you just downloaded:
*docker run -d --name sql_server_name -e 'ACCEPT_EULA=Y' -e 'SA_PASSWORD=YourPassword123' -p 1433:1433 microsoft/mssql-server-linux*
Run the following command to install the sql-cli command line tool
*sudo npm install -g sql-cli*
Connect to SQL Server:
*mssql -u sa -p reallyStrongPwd123*
Run a quick test:
*select @@version*
