01/11/24 – A cloudy start –Met Office Weather
A grey and cloudy start for many, with some mist and fog patches, particularly across southern regions. High pressure bringing benign conditions throughout the day for much of southern England. However, low pressure to the north, brings strong and gusty winds to much of northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Into the afternoon, areas of drizzle for Northern Ireland. As well as persistent rain and drizzle for western Scotland and the Scottish Isles, with gale force winds at times in coastal regions. - This is the Met Office UK Weather forecast for the morning of 01/11/24.
