How to Setup Auto Roles on Discord with MEE6 Bot
The MEE6 Discord bot allows you to use the Auto role feature, which grants all new users a selected role automatically. Auto roles are a good way to instantly grant access to new members in your server, without having to complete any requirements, or be given the role manually. This is especially useful if you want all of your new members to be granted multiple roles.
Auto roles are also useful to give each joining user a colored name. Without roles their name will remain grey, which will make chat look boring and less inviting. Colored names ensure that the username of the person speaking is readable on both dark and light themes.
