Here we come with another video which is all about how to make Spotlight Hover Effect in Figma .
You can do this with the help of a few simple steps:
1. Create a dark background.
2. Write a text and duplicate it.
3. Mask the duplicate text.
4. Create a small frame. Give it a colour and add some layer blur.
5. Duplicate the frame and create component set.
6. Switch to prototype and connect the frames and settings should be while hovering.
7. Now paste the varient and duplicate it horizontally and vertically so that it can cover the text.
8. Convert all the duplicate variants in to a group and place over the text.
9. Cut the group and paste on masked layer.
