"Windblume's Breath" Event Full Story (Genshin Impact)

"Windblume's Breath" is an event in Genshin Impact version 3.5 where we return to Mondstadt and celebrate Windblume.
In Act I: "A Gathering of Outlanders," we meet with Collei, accompanied by Cyno and Tighnari, who visit Mondstadt to celebrate the Windblume Festival. We learn that Collei is trying to solve a prophecy, and, along with Sucrose, we try to solve this.
In Act II: "A Riddle Amidst the Crowds," we meet with several friends around Mondstadt to further solve the prophecy. We also meet with several friends around Mondstadt to further unravel the prophecy. We also meet a mysterious woman called "Scarlet" who wants to learn about the prophecy.
In Act III: "Joy Above the Clouds," we learn that the prophecy was actually a tea party made by Alice for "J." We also get to know further context about Hexenzirkel and its members. Learning the truth, the group returned to Mondstadt and exchanged gifts and windblumes. We also get to see the "Breath of Joy" from Collei as research from Sucrose, and due to its color, it has implications for what will happen in the future.
