second victor, vv long overdue

sure you guys have noticed that im SUPERRR inactive on this game now - life has just kinda taken over and i have had more important things to do as of late so apologies for that, but at least with some free time ive managed to finish this :)! in all honestly this level is super poorly made gp wise, but for some reason coming back to this level i was able to spam again so it didnt bother me too much. i just think the hitboxes still suck a bit after the update and also that the balancing is wild. deco wise this has gotta be one of the most beautiful levels ive beaten, so gj to the team behind this. glad to have finally beaten it :)
