Today we take a look at a script which makes a cargo drone a far simpler thing to set up, here's a link to the script which was made my Magistrator/Sam: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles...
If you know of some other autopilot enhancing scripts that are out the please share them as I'd love to take a look at some more things we can do with the autopilot.
This tutorial focuses on setting up Sam's Autopilot manager which is a script designed to make autopilot docking and movement between docks much simpler. Instead of having to build a network of GPS markers to connect all of your bases you can instead simply pilot the ship to the bases, tell the script to take note of them and from then on the script will be able to head to those points from anywhere.
With a simple addition of a timer you can also automate a shuttle run between two bases.
Just as with Space Engineers' inbuilt autopilot there are some limitations but considering the ease of setup the script still has a lot of potential uses.
As always, don't forget to enjoy this awesome (if at times buggy) game!
