Please explain why this makes sense? I’m not guilty yet, but I’m guilty……
So I got a couple tickets couple weeks ago one ticket for no proof of insurance and one ticket for no plates. Well, it is true. I definitely had no plates. But I did have insurance I could not pull it up because we were in a dead zone. And the cop wrote me a ticket for both of them. the no plate is not a big deal because it doesn’t carry any points on your license. However, the no insurance ticket is a big deal because it puts four points on your license. Not to mention it’s also a $400 fine and I pay $470 a month for freaking insurance…. Mostly I don’t want the points because they will raise your cost and with Collins crime that was committed against him. My insurance went up over $100 a month anyways….. that’s how they victimize the victims of crimes… anyways, so I went to court this morning to be arraigned and plead not guilty which I did but they informed me that I needed to give fingerprints so I asked the judge why I have to give my fingerprints if I’m not even found guilty? He said that’s just the way it is that’s the law I don’t really have an issue giving them my fingerprints I don’t go around breaking the law, so I’m not really worried about it but…. I thought you were innocent until proven guilty.? so because the cops pulled me over, they can just take my fingerprints because they pulled me over?
It’s not a big deal I went down to give the prince after court…. Which is about an hour away from my house they said if I don’t give the prince, they will put a warrant out for my arrest…..🤔 but of course the sheriffs office, where I had to go give the prints did not take fingerprints only between one and 4 PM and it was 10:30 in the morning…. Once again guilty even though you’re not guilty till proven innocent… pretty messed up, right? Maybe I’m looking at it from the wrong position, so maybe you can tell me…. Let me know what you think.🧐
