Have you heard about folks who developed a service that is used by the whole Internet for past 25 years alone, just in a week? Why sometimes it takes years for teams to develop a service that you believe you can create in a month (if you have a spare month)? There could many reasons for this. One of the reasons that I see often is inappropriate SDLC setup. Let’s talk about different SDLC components and how they could impact development speed.
