Windows 11 — Something happened we couldn't install a feature — Remove 0x800F0950 Message
The Microsoft Language component installer task runs to install language components on the computer. I attempted to install .net 3.5 and other solutions to try and remove the error, including removing the SoftwareDistribution folder in Windows.
In the end, I just found that disabling the task completely was the best solution for me. You should also remove additional language packs too and leave your primary language, but not required.
schtasks /Change /TN "Microsoft\Windows\LanguageComponentsInstaller\Installation" /Disable
