Add a custom icon to the file upload button in Elementor forms and CSS before or after the text
In this tutorial, you will learn how to place an icon in the 'File upload' button using Elementor forms and CSS. First, we will create a custom upload button and hide the default one from Elementor forms. This custom button is created using a before pseudoelement in CSS. After this, I will show you three different ways to create and insert an icon before or after the button 'Upload file' text.
The first way is to use Font Awesome in the before pseudoelement content section. The second way is to insert a custom svg icon that you uploaded to your Wordpress library using an 'url' callout as the before pseudoelement content. And the third one is to use this custom svg icon as the element background that you can style and precisely position in the button.
You can easily change the position of the icon to put it before or after the button text.
