A gorgeous juicy pie with meat and potatoes on quick puff pastry
Ingredients for 2.5 kg baking sheet 37 by 32
✅️Dough:
Flour - 450 gr
Butter - 250 gr
Cold kefir 2.5% - 250 ml
Soda - 1 tsp 5 gr
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Egg - 1 pc (for greasing)
Sesame - 2 tbsp
✅️Filling:
Meat - 1kg-1200kg (pork/chicken thigh/beef)
Potatoes - 400-700 gr
Onion - 500 gr
Mayonnaise or vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Water -30 ml
Salt/Pepper - to taste
