In today's video I am talking about my rating and how it dropped, due to another missing item report. This is a ride-along video showing my strategy and earnings from Tuesday 1/5 through Thursday, 1/7. I take you through my day and frustrations in being at a less than five star rating.
When customers mistakenly or fraudulently report a missing item, the shopper suffers, and the earning potential diminishes. This continues to happen without recourse or a fix from Instacart.
Please let me know in the comments below, your strategy to digging out of the ratings hole and your advice for shoppers who are in it. Unfortunately, dealing with this unfair rating system on Instacart is a part of this gig, and we either live with it, or move on.
