M+ at Night - Black and White Discoteca Affair
Black-and-white photography has a timeless aesthetic, while groovy music and its glittering lights dissolve the sense of time; what happens when we pair the two? In April, M+ collaborated with the team of music and art festival Shi Fu Miz to bring an exciting lineup of activities that explores the infinite possibilities of black-and-white photography through play with light and shadow, alongside music and action, and transformed the museum space for serious fun.
The creative direction, concept, and curation of M+ at Night is a collaboration between M+ and Jason Swamy (Do What You Love Asia Ltd) and Hugo Belloy (Dreams and Dreams Ltd). Studio Raito is the collaborating light design studio for this series.
