Free Capture For DV And HDV on Windows 11

In this video I look at capturing DV and HDV footage on Windows 11 using two free programs. Most editing programs have now removed the ability to capture DV and HDV - although if you can capture the footage most programs will still let you edit it, so you need some way to get the footage onto the PC.
Thankfully, there are free options that let you do just that.

Addition: Some users in the comments have said this does not work for them on modern PCs - as you can see from the video it worked for me. This maybe related to the type of deck - I use Sony equipment but the problems have been with Canon and JVC. In both cases Scenalyzer did work instead of WinDV.
