After my Cooper Flagg and AJ Dybantsa scouting reports, I got a lot of requests to highlight a smaller guard.
I was watching the Pacers/Kings game on 1/18/24 and the Pacers were without their All-Star Guard Tyrese Haliburton.
I was doing research for our Discord and at that point in the season TJ McConnell was shooting 6% from 3.

He was 1/16 from 3 on the year.
In the middle of January, a starting NBA point guard had only hit 1 three the entire season.
I was interested to see how the Kings would neutralize him because at 8 ppg and having no outside jumpshot whatsoever, removing TJ McConnell from the game should have been an easy task for Mike Brown and the Sacramento Kings Coaching staff.
Especially with all star snub De’Aaron Fox initiating the defensive point of attack.
TJ McConnell Finished with 20 Points and 10 assists on 9/14 shooting in a 126-121 victory for the Pacers.
