The fragments you should be using are echo of reprisal,echo of undermining,echo of expulsion and echo of starvaion
Now on your helmet you can use the double ashes to assets mod and harmonic siphon
the fire power mod and double grenade kickstart on your gauntlets
The insulation,inervation and the stacks on stacks mod
Then for your class item you can use tripple bomber
Make sure to use void weapon channeling From the seasonal artifact as this increases void damage weapons when you get kills
