I spent a long time browsing and trying out ENBs, until I found one that stood out, Lucent ENB:

This ENB was NOT made for Nevada Skies but works well with it imo.The only "issue" is that even when it's sunny it looks sort of evening gloomy. As if the sun is always behind clouds. The ENB would have to be tweaked/made a bit brighter for Nevada Skies to look even better than it already does, but I have no experience with this sort of thing.
