Jerry Lee Lewis's ill-fated 1958 England tour hits rock bottom as hostile concertgoers react with jeers and catcalls to the news that he'd married his 13-year-old cousin. He left the UK a few days later, after the rest of his dates were cancelled, to find his popularity had plummeted back home too.
