Procreate Lettering for Beginners - How to Create a 3D Lettering Effect
In this tutorial, the incredibly talented Ian Barnard will share some of his tips and techniques to achieve an impressive 3D effect with your lettering. He starts by creating an additional layer with the same text but coloured in grey, then he will move the layer a bit down and to the right, followed by joining the corners of the top black letters with the corners of the grey shadow.
In stage two Ian will apply a darker shared to the all the panels that are facing downwards, to emphasize the 3D lettering effect.
